By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on jjw8.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the jjw8 platform from time to time. If jjw8 discovers at any point that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment source used. No winnings generated during the period of underage use will be paid.

Each individual player may hold one and only one active account on jjw8. When registering your jjw8 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change after registration. jjw8 bears no liability for failed communications or payment issues arising from outdated account information.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjw8 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jjw8 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of protection.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including jjw8 support staff — jjw8 will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

jjw8 will treat any instruction, bet, or transaction made from your account as having been made by you, unless you have previously notified jjw8 of a security compromise. jjw8 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All financial transactions on jjw8 — including deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jjw8 does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees. Your jjw8 account wallet displays your balance in BDT at all times.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Prohibited Payment Practices

Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. jjw8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request additional documentation where there is a reasonable suspicion of third-party payment or financial irregularity. General Bonus Conditions

In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule takes precedence for matters directly governed by it.

Sports Betting

All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market availability shown on the platform at the time of placement. jjw8 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or restrict markets at any time, including during live events, at its sole discretion.
• Void bets placed on markets that were opened or settled in error due to data feed issues, technical faults, or incorrect pricing.
• Limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market for any player at any time without prior notice.
• Settle bets according to official result sources, as specified in the relevant sport's rules page. In the event of a disputed result, jjw8's settlement decision is final pending any official result revision.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or under false or third-party identities.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with jjw8.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through low-risk wagering patterns, multi-accounting, or coordinated group activity designed to extract value without genuine recreational play.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jjw8 reserves the right to suspend access, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void affected bets, forfeit account balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. jjw8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court direction, or regulatory instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Reasonable operational or risk-management grounds, including concerns about the integrity of markets or games accessed by the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their jjw8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, jjw8 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money funds to the eligible payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and anti-fraud cooperation — shall continue to apply following closure.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjw8's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the jjw8 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jjw8 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of opportunity.

Intellectual Property: All content on the jjw8 platform — including but not limited to the brand name jjw8, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of jjw8 or its licensed game and content providers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any jjw8 content is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute concerning a bet settlement, account balance, payment, or these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact jjw8 support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. jjw8 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a resolution within 20 business days. jjw8's decision on disputes is final, subject to any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under applicable law.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on jjw8.app, constitute the entire agreement between jjw8 and the player in relation to the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
